Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products purchased directly from the Cactus Foods website. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
•    Unopened, in its original packaging.
•    Returned within 30 days of purchase.
•    Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Process for Refund
 To initiate a refund, please contact us at sales@cactus-foods.com, with your order details and reason for the request. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
