All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Items:
Cactus Foods is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Address Accuracy:
